Rest of the world | Delivery time: 7 - 45 working days for delivery.

PROCESS TIME

All of our products are normally dispatched within 3 business days, but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped to US will take 7-21 days as we select a balance of the fastest and cost-effective shipping offered. 

  • Dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time. It really depends on the products -- you can see the relevant info on its page. You'll get a jolly email when your item has been dispatched so you can check the shipping status anytime.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery in business days (Mon-Fri): You can check your order here.
  • If you were logged in when you placed the order, you can also have a look at your order history. If your order is still processing, that means that we are searching the world for your items! If your order shows as dispatched and hasn't arrived in the expected time, please check with your local delivery office before contacting us with the details.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • PROCESSING TIME: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. 
  • DELIVERY TIME: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

    FREE SHIPPING POLICY

    Your order will ship with Standard International Shipping unless you select an alternative. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

    • FREE SHIPPING PERIOD: No promo code needed! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
    • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
    • If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
    • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
    • We cannot deliver to a post office box address.
    • If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
    • Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for orders containing personalised product or handmade product.

      CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

      All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouses located in China, the United State, and Singapore or Hong Kong Workshop. Once you place your orders, our system will find the nearest location with available stock to process your orders. Most of our merchandise are stocked in both China & US warehouse, however individual products (e.g cosmetic) may only deliver within US which will be listed under product description for such circumstances. Most of our custom made product will be despatched from Hong Kong Workshop, and this location offer 4 hours same day delivery limited to local Hong Kong Customer, please contact us for more information about this delivery option.

      Depending on your purchased item and destination of your order, you may be charged imports or custom charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

      About Currency of Preference on International Shopping

      Currency of Preference on International Shopping allows you to shop in 9 currenciesand pay for qualifying purchases in your local currency with an eligible American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card.

      You can update your preferred currency method by using our Currency Converter which is always at top right of our site.

      International Shopping allows you to shop in 9 currencies and pay for qualifying purchases in your local currency with an eligible American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card. You can update your currency by changing your currency settings from USD to your preferred currency method from the available currencies listed below. When you elect to pay with an eligible card, your order total will be listed in your local currency on the order summary page.

      When you purchase in your preferred currency:

      • We'll automatically display your order total in your local currency on the order summary page.

        If by chance your item has not arrived within 60 days, see more at Buyer Protection please let us know so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the usual 30 days.
