Do you offer free shipping?

At GULA, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. Should you purchase from GULA, orders above USD100 automatically enjoy free delivery, while orders below USD100 will be charged a delivery fee.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.Once your order hits our warehouse, it starts getting processed and then ships out to you!

 

 

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you get a confirmation email with your tracking number and all that info! You can either track through the link in your confirmation email, log into your GULA account.

 

 

 

Can I get a refund for my return?
